Our story
Artefact91 was founded on a simple belief: communications should carry the weight of the decision behind them. As our work evolved, so did the questions clients brought us — not only what should we say, but who needs to move, what the evidence tells us, and what happens if the situation changes. Today we combine communications and campaign execution with research, intelligence and strategic foresight.

Romain Williams is an executive leader and strategic communicator whose work spans organizational strategy, campaigns, public engagement and institutional decision-making. Her approach is grounded in a simple principle: consequential communications should begin closer to the decision. Her experience crosses communications, international development, environment and sustainability, research, advocacy and institutional leadership.
