The tools are models, not advice
The simulators on this site produce indicative results from the inputs you supply and from general campaign, crisis, reputation and decision dynamics. They are not forecasts, not guarantees, and not legal, financial, regulatory or crisis-management advice. They do not account for the specifics of your situation. Decisions with consequences should be taken with professional advice on the facts as they actually stand.
No client relationship
Using the site, running a tool or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. An engagement begins only when both sides sign an agreement describing the work.
What belongs to whom
The content of this site — the writing, the method, the tools, the visual system and the name Artefact91 — belongs to us. You may read it, quote it briefly with attribution, and download the summaries the tools produce. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, scrape it, or reproduce the tools or their logic. What you type into a tool remains yours; we never see it unless you send it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit other people's personal information through the form, or use the site to send anything unlawful.
