Intro

R&M Engineering & Construction needed a brand that could stand up on a job site and still look sharp on a pitch deck. We built a full identity system — the rising-caret logo, a vibrant safety-orange and steel-navy palette, a condensed industrial type system, and a branded merchandise line spanning crew apparel, hi-vis wear, and site accessories.

Objective

To create a visually compelling, brand-consistent merchandise collection that communicated R&M's character — dependable, precise, and energetic — while keeping every product instantly recognizable across uniforms, vehicles, and giveaways.

Challenge

Construction branding tends to look heavy and generic. The challenge was to make R&M feel vibrant and modern — apparel people actually want to wear — without losing the safety-forward, industrial credibility the trade demands.

Result

A cohesive merchandise collection — crew tee, snapback cap, canvas tote, stainless tumbler, and hi-vis bomber — unified by the rising-caret mark and the coral-orange, steel-navy, and hi-vis-yellow palette. The full system is ready for uniforms, vehicle livery, partner gifts, and retail.
