Situation
Artefact91 designs and maintains IIBD's public resource library: research briefs, toolkits, one-pagers and framework documents, produced continuously rather than as a fixed set. Every piece runs on the same typographic and visual system, so a reader who arrives through any single resource lands inside a coherent body of work.
Decision
To make a growing catalogue read as one library rather than a folder of one-offs — and to hold an editorial and design standard across pieces produced months apart, by different hands, for different audiences.
Resource libraries decay. Each new document is produced under its own deadline, and within a year the set no longer looks related. The work was to build production standards tight enough to survive that, and loose enough that a brief, a toolkit and a one-pager can each take the shape they need.
Movement
A connected system rather than a catalogue. Every piece follows the Prism system established in the brand build, carries the same editorial standard, and is published on the IIBD site as part of one body of work. The library is ongoing — new formats are added into the system rather than designed around it.
