The campaign's twenty-four post slots laid out as a grid in three acts — eight lime, eight pink, eight navy — numbered 01 to 24 across the quarter.

Situation

Plan. Defend. Win. is an in-house Artefact91 campaign built and released across a full quarter. Twenty-four post visuals, a consolidated strategy and captions document, and a fixed release cadence — concept, copy, design and scheduling all produced under one roof.

The campaign written up as a case: a three-act arc across a quarter, with structure, output and use listed beside the headline.

Decision

To demonstrate end-to-end campaign development the way we sell it: one team holding concept through to scheduling, with no handoffs between disciplines and no drift between the strategy document and what actually shipped.

Intelligence

Self-directed work is the first thing to slip when client work is busy. The discipline the campaign was meant to demonstrate was also the thing most at risk — which made the release cadence the real deliverable, not the visuals.

Movement

A three-act arc across June, July and August: twenty-four post visuals, a strategy document with captions written ahead of the quarter, and a release schedule held to. The campaign runs on Artefact91's own channels and doubles as the reference case for how campaign work is structured for clients.
