Situation
VertiCore Workforce Solutions coordinates workforce across logistics, facilities and energy sectors from Georgetown, Guyana. Artefact91 built the company's identity and website from scratch. In a market where a supplier is judged on whether it looks capable of holding a contract, the brand's first job was to project operational seriousness.

Decision
To build an identity that reads as an operator rather than a start-up — credible to energy-sector procurement, facilities managers and logistics partners on first contact — and a website that could carry it without a marketing team behind it.
Workforce and logistics branding defaults to stock blue and stock photography, which signals nothing in a market where every competitor has made the same choice. The constraint was to build something distinctive that still passes as institutional — and to keep it disciplined enough that a small team could apply it correctly without a designer in the room.
Movement
Strata: a dense, graphite-anchored palette — Graphite #0A0E1A, Deep Indigo #1E1B4B, Indigo #4F46E5 — with Cyan #22D3EE held back as a single point of emphasis per view and Ivory #F8FAFC carrying body text. Delivered with a strict typographic hierarchy, brand guidelines, a Framer build on a bespoke overlay, and launch content including editorial posts and engagement scenarios.
